Where will my massage or bodywork session take place?
Your session will take place at 2 Granite Ave in Milton, MA in a cozy, comfortable, quiet treatment room. Soft music will be played to help shift your mind away from inner thoughts.

Must I be completely undressed?
Bod-Voyage: table massage sessions include lubricants to avoid irritation when massage techniques are applied. To prevent ruining your clothing, undress to your comfort level. You will be properly draped during the entire session. You remained clothed for foot soaks and foot reflexology sessions.

Will the practitioner be present when I disrobe?
No. I will step out to wash my hands, allowing you time to disrobe and rest in between the linens. I will knock before re-entering the treatment room to ensure you are ready.

Will I be covered during the session?
Yes. You will be properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.

What parts of my body will be massaged?
Bod-Voyage: table massages will include work on your scalp, back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. Foot soaks and Foot reflexology sessions will include work on your scalp, face*, neck*, and feet.

What will the massage or foot soaks feel like?
Quality. Your licensed massage therapist does not like to rush her craft, and each service is provided with an abundance of care to ensure a revitalizing experience. As your body becomes relaxed, pressure will gradually increase to relax specific areas and relieve areas of muscular tension. Communication is welcomed if you feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken. Therapeutic sessions are most effective when your body is not resisting.

How will I feel after the therapeutic session?
Refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed. Some may experience slight soreness from long-term aches and pains, which is normal and should last no longer than 48hrs. Water after the session will be provided to flush internal debris that was released.

What are the benefits of a therapeutic session?
Therapeutic sessions can relieve chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure. It is also known to promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety and create an overall sense of well-being.

Are there any medical conditions that would make massage or foot soaks inadvisable?
Yes. That's why it's imperative that, before you begin your session, the practitioner asks general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.

What forms of payment is accepted?
Investments are accepted via cash, checks (Corporate Wellness only), credit or debit cards or Zelle.
